Major Banks Tell Credit Reporting Agencies That Consumers Owe Debts Discharged in Bankruptcy
Usually, zombie debt is associated with unscrupulous debt collectors, trying to collect debts beyond the statute of limitations or which were discharged in Bankruptcy.
